A chat bot is a configurable feature in ICE application which when implemented allows a visitor to interact with a bot before actually connecting them to the real time agent. The connectivity with a real time agent takes place only if the settings for same has been done. There are several procedures to set up a trained chat bot, thus making it eligible to interact with the real world.
