With this compliance,  a Californian user can request an agent to grant the access of information or delete the same, which has been stored during an ongoing chat process.

Further, when an agent receives a chat from California, he/she will be able to view an “i” button highlighted in blue color with region name as CA/California under pre-chat survey of his/her console. Hovering on the same button will display the information of CCPA.
