ICE provides two options to reset a password when a user clicks on Forgot Password The first option includes resetting a password by answering a security question. The security question is selected by user while logging for the first time in the system. To reset a password, a user needs to provide exact answer of the security question which should match with the answer given while selecting a security question. After getting a right answer, the system will redirect the user to Reset Password screen. The second option includes resetting a password through the link received in the registered mail from ICE system. Please click forgot password for more details.

Yes, a user has to set a security question before continuing to use ICE application. Setting a security question is a mandatory process that allows a user to reset a password, in case if user forgets the password of his credential.

If a user fails to enter valid login credentials consecutively for 5 times then the user account gets locked. The same account can be unlocked from admin panel, under User Management section. An admin can click on “Show Disabled Account” and can enable the locked account by clicking on the grey button.
