Font size of the system could be changed under Settings option of the User profile. Click chat log font size to view font size settings.

To change a security question and answer, a user can move to Profile>Settings>Security Question. Click security question for more details.
An existing personal information of an agent or supervisor could only be changed by an admin of the system.
To make chat volume and ring type settings, a user needs to go to Profile> Settings> Select Ring Type. The same could be selected for chat volume settings. Click select ring type and selected volume for more details on ring type settings and volume settings respectively.
