The modern visitor console is an enhanced format of embedded visitor chat console in terms of look and feel. Further, this window format also includes the same three types of setting options to the right of console just like the classic visitor window. These include- Basic Settings, Available Themes and Customize Themes. It also allows the user to set their company’s logo.
